Sexual Assault Awareness Month

Spring Week of Action

April 6–10, 2026

2026: Seasons of Change

This Spring Week of Action, It’s On Us is mobilizing students around the theme Seasons of Change. As cherry blossoms bloom in the Capital and snow begins to melt across campuses, we enter a new season of change — one that calls students to recognize their power as a driving force in the movement to prevent campus sexual violence. Your voice and your chapter are part of a generations-long movement on your campus, helping bring these critical conversations to the center of community life and directly to the students they are meant to serve. This Spring Week of Action, we see the seeds of change beginning to bloom across campuses nationwide.

What Is the Spring Week of Action?

During the first full week of Sexual Assault Awareness Month in April, It’s On Us hosts the Spring Week of Action — a nationwide opportunity for students to take action in violence prevention and survivor support. Since 2014, It’s On Us has empowered over 452,000 students through programming and activism, led by our network of 200+ campus chapters. This Spring Week of Action will be held from Monday, April 6 to Friday, April 10.

Here is what you can find in this Toolkit:

Abuse Is Not Love

Host an online relationship Q&A using the content in our Abuse Is Not Love trainings on your chapter’s Instagram, utilizing the Poll & Questions features to engage with your campus community.

As you organize your Spring Week of Action programming, don’t forget to register your events with It’s On Us. Doing so helps your chapter meet the minimum requirement of three registered events per semester and allows our national team to highlight your impact throughout Spring Week of Action.
