When It’s On Us was founded, we began with a challenging yet powerful mission: to build the movement to combat sexual assault by engaging everyone, including young men, to change campus culture. Student leaders like you are the hallmark of our organization, and we invite you to join us as we keep our campuses safe for the 2024–2025 academic year
Please use this form if you are hoping to start a new chapter at your college or university OR if you are re-registering your chapter for the 2024-2025 academic year.
CHAPTER REQUIREMENTS
Prior to starting an It’s On Us chapter, please first check to make sure there isn’t first an existing chapter on your campus. Our team will need a Campus Organizer, or “President”, who we can contact throughout the school year so be sure to enter their information below. This Campus Organizer will also oversee the chapter’s charter and ensure that they are in good standing with our team. It’s On Us chapters will be expected to:
- Host and register at least three (3) events per semester, for a total of six (6) per academic year
- Attend at least two (2) virtual It’s On Us trainings per semester, for a total of four (4) per academic year
- Note: this requirement is only applicable to Campus Organizers, though our team strongly encourages and invites as many chapter members to participate as possible.
- Attend our nationwide kick-off call in September and the subsequent quarterly regional calls with your Regional Advisor
- Note: this requirement is only applicable to Campus Organizers, who will be notified in advance of any dates and call-in information.
ONBOARDING NEXT-STEPS
If you are registering a new chapter, upon completion of this form, you will be sent a confirmation email with a link to set up time with our Director of Campus Organizing & Training. Please check your Spam or Social/Promotions folder in case you do not immediately receive the email, or email blake.kitterman@civicnation.org for troubleshooting. Note: this step is required for all new chapters.
If you are re-registering your chapter, the Regional Advisor that oversees the geographical region your chapter is located in will be in touch!
