Student perspectives are the pillar of our movement. The Caucus Chair Leadership Program provides exceptional It’s On Us student organizers the opportunity to lead caucus members in identifying and curating rapid response channels to address issues central to their communities.
- Recruiting and maintaining caucus membership
- Scheduling regular caucus meetings
- Managing caucus projects
- Acting as a liaison with the national team
Caucus Chairs will receive professional development including:
- 1:1 mentoring with the national It’s On Us team
- Monthly masterclass training with leading industry experts
- Opportunities for national advocacy with government, industry, & corporate partners

We recognize the intersectionality of identities amongst our caucus positions and encourage applicants to base their selection(s) on the caucus position(s) that interest them most. Students can apply to and select as many caucuses as fit the intersections of their identities.
